The fifth and final WOD from the Reebok CrossFit Games got announced!

13.5 consists of a 4 minute AMRAP of 15 Thrusters and 15 Chest to bar Pull-ups. If you are able to perform 90 reps within those 4 minutes, you get an additional 4 minutes time-punishment-bonus so you can go on and try another 90 reps within those additional 4 minutes. The workout is now an 8 minute AMRAP etc.

The weight on the barbells is 100 pounds / 45 kilograms for men. I think, I can do the 15 thrusters but I’m not so sure about the 15 Chest to bar Pull-ups…
