I just got an e-mail with an interesting graphic from EducationNews.org about how (much) kids consume TV and on how the quality of TV shows can affect children as they grow up.

Check it out after the break.
So here it is:
As a father, I think that it’s super important WHAT and HOW MUCH you consume of something. Because you become what you’re consuming. It’s the same with TV, food, drink and energy in general.
I’ve subscribed to some really interesting Pay-TV channels, focused on learning and exploring new stuff. So it’s mainly documentaries, NationalGeographic, History channels etc. so I’m not tempted to watch the other crap on free TV.
What are your thoughts about it?
